This is a great Group, with great brands and market-leading positions in attractive markets, but we are fully aware that our success depends on our teams and their skills, know-how, motivation and enthusiasm. It also depends on their creativity, initiative and spirit. We are determined to nurture our people’s talents by giving them every opportunity to unlock their potential. This will be achieved by investing more in their wellbeing and training and by building a truly global group where diversity is a recognised asset. In this area, our ultimate objective is to establish Alliance Boots as the employer of choice.
