GRI compliance and index

The contents of the 2010/11 Corporate Social Responsibility Report have been prepared using the Global Reporting Initiative (‘GRI’) G3 Sustainability Reporting Guidelines and cover the substantive issues relevant to our Group.  We have self-declared a GRI application level B+, which has been covered under KPMG’s limited scope assurance.
