On 10 June 2008, Alliance Boots published its first annual review as a private healthcare company. This report demonstrates our desire and commitment to be at the forefront of best practice corporate governance reporting and goes beyond the minimum standards set out in the 'Guidelines for Disclosure and Transparency in Private Equity' issued in November 2007 (commonly referred to as the 'Walker Report').
