Financial information

Alliance Boots is a privately-owned company. Its shares are not traded or listed on any stock exchange.

As a private company, Alliance Boots will produce an Annual Review and Consolidated Financial Statements each year. The 2009/10 reports for the period ended 31 March 2010 are included in this section of the website.

In the Investors section, you can find historical information on the Group as a listed company, on the merger between Alliance UniChem Plc and Boots Group PLC in July 2006 and on the subsequent change to private ownership of the Group.
