Annual Report and Consolidated Financial Statements

On 19 May 2011, Alliance Boots published its fourth annual report as a private healthcare company and for the first time published its 2010/11 Consolidated Financial Statements within the Annual Report. This demonstrates our desire and commitment to be at the forefront of best practice corporate governance reporting and goes beyond the minimum standards set out in the 'Guidelines for Disclosure and Transparency in Private Equity' issued in November 2007 (commonly referred to as the 'Walker Report').
