Contract Manufacturing

Boots Contract Manufacturing has three owned manufacturing facilities (UK, France, Germany) and one associate assembly plant (Poland). We utilise capacity which we do not require for internal supply to manufacture healthcare, cosmetic and toiletry products for third party health and beauty brands. Over the last 25 years, Boots Contract Manufacturing has shared its considerable manufacturing expertise with many leading consumer goods companies to develop and manufacture ranges.

We have embarked on a programme to establish Boots Contract Manufacturing as a standalone business within the Group. We believe that this will enable it to compete more effectively, both internally and externally, by ensuring greater transparency and accountability, and by speeding up and improving the effectiveness of decision taking.
