Nick Land

Non-executive Director
Nick Land was appointed as a non-executive Director in March 2008, is Chairman of the audit committee and is a member of the social responsibilities committee.  Nick is a non-executive director of Royal Dutch Shell, Vodafone Group, BBA Aviation and Ashmore Group and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Vodafone Group Foundation and of Farnham Castle.  Previously he was a partner and Chairman of Ernst & Young in the UK and a member of its Global Executive Board.  He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
