Under new ownership
Alliance Boots plc was acquired by AB Acquisitions Limited (a company jointly controlled by certain funds advised by KKR and Stefano Pessina) on 26 June 2007 for 1139 pence per share.
The listing of Alliance Boots shares on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) was withdrawn from the LSE on 28 June 2007.
