Alliance Boots plc was listed on the London Stock Exchange until June 2007. The company was acquired by AB Acquisitions Limited on 26 June 2007 for 1139 pence per share. The listing of Alliance Boots shares on the London Stock Exchange was withdrawn on 28 June 2007.
